Tammy understood the type of residential property I was looking for and was able to showcase some new listings. The property I am purchasing is just perfect, ideally located and exactly what I want. Tammy has been able to push for the building and grounds to be finished in a fairly short timeframe as my current property is also sold with me needing to vacate prior to settlement.
